The VILA (Vancouver Island Library Association) has agreed to partner with us at the Bowser Legion to support the new community arts and science program about to launch .
The Bowser Library will be the COE (Center of Excellence) for the programs dedicated all of its resources to support entrance in the science fair and arts-related competitions.
We hope that fellow business owners will support the youth in this journey and show the connection of all we business owners and the community that we love.
We would also like to promote our new line of business, Luscious Chic.
We celebrate mothers on May 14th with another fun event at the Bowser Legion, including unique gifts for mothers and a gorgeous assortment of low-carb, gluten-free, decadent madeleines
